Product description:
Our 1250 double-twist stranding production line is mainly composed of the pay-off stand, the magnetic powder tension stand, the rotary wire assembly stand, and the double-twist stranding host.
The stranding host is equipped with a communication module for currency distribution. The benefit of including it is it can significantly reduce the number of circuits, bringing down the possibility of mulfunction.
With the aid of the communication module, we succeeded in reducing the number of circuits to only three. The image below shows the current collector where the circuits are connected to all the electrical components of the strander.
